What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, a valid reason and proof of damage must be provided for the return to be accepted. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with no signs of use or damage and in its original packaging.

Do you issue refunds?

Refunds are only offered for journals that arrive damaged. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
